Bid it like it's already built.
Upload the plans. Mersonry builds the takeoff, prices it from your own numbers, and turns it into a proposal you'd be proud to send.
Plans in. Bid out.
Every sheet is read and turned into an itemized takeoff in minutes, not a weekend.
It prices like you do.
Your price book, vendor lists, labor rate and markups. Not market averages.
It catches what you'd miss.
Thin margins, missing scope and rental terms get flagged before anything goes out.
How it works.
Three steps from plan set to signed proposal. You stay in control of every number.
Drop in the plans.
PDF or photos, up to 12 sheets. Mersonry reads each sheet: legends, notes, schedules and dimensions.
Check the takeoff.
Each area becomes an item with materials, labor, equipment and delivery. Every quantity shows where it came from.
Send a clean proposal.
Priced from your book, checked for margin and missing scope, branded with your logo.
One line on the proposal. Everything behind it.
Pick an area. Each item breaks into materials, labor, equipment and delivery, so you can trim it and check your margin.

640 SFMove a number. Watch the bid.
Quantities round up to what the yard sells, waste is set by material, and your markups land where they belong.

Margin is under 10%. Mersonry won't let that slip past you.
Still bidding in LMN? Bid sharper.
Where LMN users get stuck is where Mersonry is built to be best.
Setup is optional and done in person.
"The increase in price vs. value added did not compare with the competition."
Built around one job: the bid.
Reviewers name clunkiness and the learning curve as the biggest drawbacks.
Every sheet, every legend item. Anything it can't measure becomes a question for you.
AI takeoff comes through a separate company, Attentive.ai.
Won jobs track real crew hours against the bid.
Reviewers say LMN estimating and LMN Time don't talk to each other well.
In-person setup with your team, on your real numbers.
Third-party pricing sites list implementation and training fees on top of the plan.
LMN quotes and details are from public reviews and listings on Capterra, Software Advice and Costbench, and LMN's own announcements, checked October 2026. LMN is a trademark of its owner. Mersonry is not affiliated with LMN.
Built in from day one.
The parts that keep every bid right, long after it's sent.
It remembers
Every proposal updates your price book with what you actually paid, so the next bid is sharper.
It checks
Margin, missing scope, permits, payment schedule and rentals, checked before you hit send.
It learns from the field
Won jobs track real crew hours against the bid, so next year's production rates come from your own work.
It never forgets
Version history and Trash on every proposal. A bid from last spring prices to the same cent today.
Costs less than one missed line item.
Every plan gets the full estimator. Pick by team size and how many trades you bid. About a third of what LMN starts at.

Does it set my prices for me?
Your numbers, always. Nothing goes to a client until you've seen it.
Which trades can I bid?
Landscape and hardscape today. Masonry and concrete are close behind, with more on the way.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Every company gets its own private copy.
Are there usage fees?
Plan reads use your own Claude account, so you only pay for what you run. Everything else is in the plan price.
How is this different from LMN?
LMN is a full business system: scheduling, CRM, invoicing and more. Mersonry goes deep on one thing, the estimate, and costs about a third as much to start. Plenty of crews keep their other tools and bid in Mersonry.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime. Yearly plans switch at renewal.
Do I need the setup service?
No. Many crews set it up on their own. Setup means we come to your office and do it with you.
Bidding on day one. Not month three.
We show up, set it up with you in person, and stay with you until your numbers are right.
